The History.

Station’s Landing at Clinton is the Jewel of the CT Coastline, offering the perfect balance of restored history and modern development: Preserving and reinvigorating Clinton’s storied 350-year-old past, rich legacy and landmarks that have endured for centuries while creating a state-of-the-art landmark destination that is an economic, social and cultural life-force in downtown Clinton and the region.

Art Deco Centerpiece

The 1929 historic Pond’s building is the flagship landmark of our redevelopment site plan. The building’s three stories of beautiful Art Deco architecture brims with a cosmopolitan vibrancy that serves as the centerpiece of Station’s Landing at Clinton. Functioning as a grand gateway to development, the building’s historic façade directly faces the Clinton train station and welcomes the world to Station’s Landing. The Pond’s building sits on the National Register of Historic Places and will be meticulously and beautifully restored in compliance with federal historic tax credit requirements.

High Street & John Street Historic District

Amongst the grounds are a bevy of immaculate and charming Georgian, Mid-19th Century Greek Revival, Late Victorian, Italianate, Second Empire, Queen Anne, Stick/Eastlake architectures representing additional opportunities for development.
